This hands-on class will help better prepare you for life with a newborn:

• What to expect at the Hospital
• Basic infant care including diapering, soothing, swaddling and more
  
• Common health concerns
• Feeding basics -including breastfeeding, pumping, and formula usage
  
• Local supports and resources are included

Format: IN PERSON small groups

Infant Care and Breastfeeding/Feeding is a 3-hour class.

When to take:  Any time in your third trimester.
